When will my order be delivered?
As each order is customised exactly to your needs it will take typically 2-4 business days for it to leave our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer. Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping destination - for further details, please see our Delivery Times page.
Why are delivery prices for EU orders more expensive?
All of our European orders are shipped from the UK and in response to the new European Union IOSS regulations, we have had to increase delivery prices for EU customers. This is to guarantee that your delivery arrives without delays and without any additional charges by local tax authorities.
For customers from European Union Member States (excluding Cyprus & Malta), please rest assured that the price you pay at checkout includes all taxes and customs charges - there are no hidden extras upon receiving your order.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order has not been received within 14 days of its expected arrival, please email email@example.com or contact us here.
Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped tracked and your shipping confirmation email will include a link to track your order. Please allow at least 24 hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation email for the online tracking to activate.
However, if your shipping confirmation email does not include a tracking link, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us here.
Can I return or refund my order?

Please note, you will not be entitled to a refund if the goods you have ordered are personalised or bespoke to your specification, unless the goods we have supplied to you are faulty or not as described on our website.

How soon do you reply to emails?
We aim to reply to your email within 48 hours. However, this can sometimes be longer during weekends, bank holidays and busy periods.
